How it Works

Choose your plan

  • Pick the plan that appeals to you. Each subscription consists of 9 or 12 boxes
  • We deliver each box in a special order, as devised by our experts. You’ll be proud to complete the collection but, above all, you’ll have so much fun getting there
  • Inside every box is a booklet, plus the products we’ve chosen for you: all you need for your complete Betterly experience, box by box
  • Your Betterly account is created during the payment process stage
  • You can manage your profile in the Your Betterly section, together with your box plans and payment method

Your first box will arrive in 3-5 days

  • We know you can’t wait to receive your first box. We’ll prepare it as soon as we receive your order, but it can take 3 or 5 working days to reach you
  • If you want to track your box, please contact our Customer Service team, who will give you all the information you need
  • And if you change your mind, you have 14 days to return the box and its contents, and we’ll refund your money. It’s simple. You’ll find all the instructions in our FAQ section

Claim your free time

  • Your second box will arrive about a month after the first box, and then every month thereafter. Can’t wait that long? We’re working on dispatching a box to you every two weeks. As soon as this is possible, we’ll let you know
  • All boxes are automatically sent to the address you provide when you subscribe. You can change this address any time before your box is dispatched. Just contact our Customer Service team
  • You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time. Just contact our Customer Service team
  • To track your delivery, contact our Customer Service team
  • Our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable cardboard, as is the protective packing material
